Jack holds a degree in Psychology with University of British Columbia and a Master degree in Management with University Colleague Dublin. As a fresh graduate he joined Cathay Pacific Airways as a flight attendant to explore the world.
Inspired by the great training in the job, he decided to make a career change and became a training specialist for the company, where he applied his knowledge and experiences in interpersonal skills training to thousands of fight attendants. He then moved to the banking industry and gradually expand his expertise to leadership development, talent management, and organization development.
Being in the Human Resources - People Development function for over 10 years, Jack sees a widening gap between the demand on communication skills and talent supply. The mission of Qeynotes is to help organizations bridge this gap by providing bespoke learning solutions.
